      À part le contact avec les animaux, aucun

      Management très toxique Les 2 gérants sont très nocifs, guidés que par leurs égos, sans aucune considération pour leurs salariés. En plus de ça, pas de réel apprentissage, personne ne vous accompagne, le management est très vertical et pas constructif du tout. Management par la peur, aucune remise en question du fonctionnement, toujours dans le rapport de force. Bref j’ai mis plus d’1 an à me remettre de cette expérience car le président est très manipulateur. A fuir vraiment

      Close to none, the office is in a nice location

      Management will lie, keep assigning tasks to you that were never in your job description while not giving you the responsibility over those tasks (almost like they’re unloading the tasks), company culture is bad - very fake busywork oriented. They’re also manipulating the Glassdoor reviews. Do not join.
