The environment is always fast-paced, mainly because there’s no effort to streamline anything, and chaos is the default. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of responsibilities, but mostly because you'll be expected to do everything with little to no training or recognition. Expect frequent communication from the HR team and management, but it will mostly be micromanaging, vague demands, and unhelpful feedback.

The manager is inconsiderate, and unqualified. The HR team is not only rude but also downright disrespectful, with one HR representative in particular being outright pathetic. She teases new employees, undermines their confidence, and acts unprofessionally in front of the team. Her behavior creates a toxic atmosphere where new hires feel uncomfortable and unsupported. To make matters worse, she constantly interferes with tasks that aren't even within her role, causing more confusion and frustration. The work environment is toxic, with management showing no interest in employee morale or creating a supportive culture. You’ll feel undervalued, overworked, and left to fend for yourself.
