Great work environment and co-workers. Lots of training opportunities.

Pay is on the lower side.

Good pay, Management tries their best to be honest and fair. All other employees are very helpful and friendly. Warm and welcoming environment.

No separate sick time. Strict PTO policy - no unpaid time if it is needed and requested. Training was sufficient, but their explanation of policies is lacking. It's up to you (for my position specifically) to find your coverage and it can be very frustrating. Seems like that should be a management issue, not employee. HR is a pain to deal with and not understanding to employee life changes or health issues.
