My Experience at Hatfields Jaguar Land Rover - Manager bei Hatfields : Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have found Hatfields to be a lovely place to work, everyone is really friendly and supportive. I have learnt a lot whilst being here and everyone is happy to share their knowledge and support my development. Specifically taking the time to explain different processes from the business which helps to make me better at my job. I definitely feel that I have strong support from my manager who has shared lots of feedback and encouragement, as well as the senior team. There is a lovely team culture and good flexibility.

I haven't experienced any cons so far.

If you asked me 2 years ago I would defend the difficulties. But now I can't think of positives apart from the good team I had around me.

Where do I start, staff are treated poorly, upper management only car about data and figures, give paycuts for no reason, dismiss people or make people "redundant" for no valid reasoning. Your face has to fit. Luckily I left before it got worse.
