As said in multiple other reviews the company does show heavy favoritism between family members and “lovers” as one reviewer put it. If you’re looking for a job where you can further yourself and move up the ladder, Hatch is not the place for you. It is a great place holder while you search for something else. Personally I don’t care for the direction that the president is moving the company towards, and I don’t understand why the president still earns commission on sales she makes? Isn’t that what the sales team is for? Advices to parent company- Please listen to Product Development/Technology. We need to stop updating and creating new “Packs” for our products. We need to fix the core product first. There are so many enhancements/bug fixes that need to happen just to make it a well-oiled product. Everyone in the Sales Team knows there selling a product that doesn’t work, just no one wants to speak up about it and I don’t blame them.
