Hashrocket has some of the most talented software developers I've ever seen. They're the epitome of a company who chooses clients based on what they believe they can provide from a value perspective and never stretch themselves to take on projects that are outside of this. Aside from really cool benefits - including grocery delivery & "open source" in the Friday afternoons - they have a genuine respect for their employees and work to build upon their talents and work/life balance.

You can optionally attend those if interested - pizza and beer included.

Consulting can be hard and it is not for everybody, you need to be able to communicate with clients and break down complex technical concepts.
