      Pros

      100% remote, if that's what you like (I do), along with Engineering and/or company-wide events to meet people in person and build relationships. Very competitive compensation. Interesting work, whether in core services, mirror node, smart contracts, DA etc. Low meeting overhead for senior software engineer. Very dynamic industry and a great possibility of being an key player.

      For me personally, I entered my "work optional" phase of life and could not reconcile what I wanted to do with the company's somewhat fuzzy PTO policy, so, I resigned on good terms. No other cons.

      Exceptional team — incredibly smart, collaborative people who genuinely assume positive intent and invest in lifting each other. Outstanding benefits package. Remote communication is done right — leadership and teams stay connected and transparent in a way that many fully remote companies struggle to pull off. Warm, supportive culture where you feel valued.
