Absolutely no corporate structure for development. Development=higher pay expectations. This does not fit into Harrison's culture. "Fresh out of school/eager draftspeople" are cheap labor. There is not shortage of this cheap labor, so why pay for the development of your staff? No reliable means of job performance feedback. You must be a continuously squeaky wheel to move, grow, earn.
