Pros
They give you flexible hours if you are a college student and have good people. It's a good job to start off with if you do not have any prior work experience in the past or are trying to gain a new start. The bonus checks are also nice to help incentivize employees to try better.

While Harris Teeter provides great benefits, I must preface by saying that I can only talk about my experience at my location. The payrates at my location were way, way below market value for the area. You will not make $15/hr. Management also expected CSA's to work on register, self-checkout, and the customer service desk all at once without any help. Coworkers at my location took advantage of other employees if you are "too nice". When I gave my two weeks after being in an accident, management told me "okay" and I was "replaceable". I immediately resigned.
