This is a small company where a lot is required of developers. It's a great place to learn a broad skill set as pretty much every person is working through the full development stack. A great work/life balance is encouraged, and employees are rarely asked to put in overtime.

Sometimes having to play so many roles ranging from developer to tester to QA manager can become stressful. Great memory recall is required for past project maintenance. At times I feel that the deployment and testing process could be streamlined, but it is hard when there are only so many people and only so many hours in the day.

Was a very stressful working environment. Leadership is poor - one manager that micro-manages every aspect of the business. Manager treats employees with much disrespect - verbal abuse, blame shifting. Administrative overhead with timesheets.
