Management lacks proper leadership skills to advance the company. There is very little room for advancement and the working environment lacks the proper motivation to keep employee moral a reasonable levels let alone inspire the employees to reach for higher levels of achievement. Annual reviews result in seemingly no action, neither through constructive criticism nor rewards. In general, this company lacks any vision and subsequent goal to achieve a vision nor does it have the proper leadership to do so.
