Since working for Hamilton Cross the only downside has always been not enough staff to compensate the huge growth we have.

Office environment is the only saving grace

This is the worst company I have ever been a part of. The company has no direction, the senior management treat employees like livestock, refuse to take accountability and create an atmosphere so toxic that is unbearable. The way in which the company is run is antiquated and stuck in 2005 not 2025 and when any criticism that could help the company is given it is immediately shut down. Senior management will retaliate if you speak you mind in anyway and genuinely are only out for themselves and will throw you under the bus as soon as they need to. They do not provide training or support and essentially leave you to figure out yourself. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY.
