HR department is the worst HR dept. I've experienced. "Scare tactics" were common where unethical documentation was created for select underperforming locations but not all underperforming locations. If these locations showed improvement HR created addendums to the original documents in order to make it more difficult for the supervisors to achieve all requested actionables. HR showed bias decisions. Although employees executed fireable offenses such as entering a store location 4 hrs before anyone should be in the building alone, and not informing any managers of this LP issue. HR felt it best to not take any action although the GM and Area Manager felt deeply documentation should occur. HR has withheld pay from employees due to clerical errors, HR has consecutively coded city tax returns incorrectly, HR is overworked, over burdened, and makes too many mistakes.
