Pros
There is very little overtime and the flexiblity for taking time off (both planned and unplanned) is great. You have basically unlimited sick time and a great environment if you want to start a new family and spend more time with your kids. Daycare on site.
Kontras
The starting pay is lower than other companies with the same position and while the preformance reviews give you an okay annual increase, even with a promotion I have been hard pressed to meet the median salary offered at other companies.
