Above average salaries and ability to work from home during snowstorms. The best Pro I can think of is the dozen of bad eggs from the Pfizer Regime are almost all gone. The ring leader was walked out and it's a new day for Haemonetics. It is going to take some time to heal and smoke out the last of them. Moral has went up %500 since the ex-Pfizer CIO was walked out. Still some remaining ex-Pfizer employee's that need to be walked out. Hopefully, the regime change will phase out the dress pants and dress shirt and go back to business casual. The drug testing method they use involves removing a large clump of hair from your head which I found terribly invasive.
