- Extremely transparent with staff and clients - The company ethos is to build each team member as people i.e. personal goal setting for achievements outside of the office with support from the senior team in achieving these personal goals - A close knit team who are always helpful which is rare to find in such a competitive environment - The company are very clear on their approach to doing business and ensuring that the clients best interest is looked after, even if this means not doing business with them at all - Training is comprehensive and we are encouraged to request additional sessions for areas we feel we need to develop further - Commissions can be extremely high - Office hours allow you to start a lot later than most jobs in the city

- The hours can be long as everyone is expected to perform at the highest level which takes a lot of commitment - You are expected to do exactly as you say you are going to do so there is very low tolerance for excuses - As the standard is high, a lot of people who start struggle to meet this and subsequently don't last particularly long

Great team, a genuinely welcoming and interesting group of people in my experience. It is a challenging, but ultimately a rewarding environment to work in. There is a legitimate sense of management wanting the junior members of the team to succeed in their careers but also develop as people.

Although it is an exciting place to work, the seniors do expect things to be done a certain way (overall a positive) which can push you out of your comfort zone.
