Pays $11 per hour for vacation, personal time and paid holidays when average hourly commission rate may be twice that amount. Eliminated annual employee wardrobe allowance which was $4000 per year. Now required to wear a uniform that makes employees look like waiters. Creates selling " incentives " offering merchandise as a reward and then changing the rules mid way through the process which disallows potential winners from receiving their due reward.
