Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. I am glad to see you find the free parking provided for staff and guest useful. We are very grateful to all our staff who just want to do a good job, without you all we will not be able to achieve our company goals, so thank you for the continued hard work.
We recently completed a pulse survey and the results have provided great insights into some of the key areas for improvement you have highlighted.
I hope you had the opportunity to attend one of this month's huddles where I shared our action plan on resolving some of the issues you have raised here namely reviewing our product strategy, upskilling our talent and creating development plans for everyone, reviewing and improving our current benefits offering, regular pulse surveys, regular time with leadership including monthly huddles and bi-weekly meetings with senior managers, & launching our performance review cycle. We value our internal talent however despite our best efforts we don't always get this right, & this and other issues can lead to turn over. As part of the HR strategy, I will be looking at how we can improve on this and tap into our internal talent so your point on this is noted and I will ensure this is taken into account as part of our talent strategy. As you are a current employee, I would love to connect with you to discuss some of these issues and welcome any other feedback you have.
