HSU didn't become a Washington Business Journal 'Best Places to Work' company for no reason, so I thought I would share a few ways they made the list: HSU pays attention to the small details: although a small company, HSU is selective in their hiring, meaning we are surrounded by well-rounded, personable, professionals- Our company is more of a family than just a place to work. HSU knows the little wow's add up: casual Fridays! Summer hours on Fridays, all year long! Fun, team-building events and more! HSU believes that everyone has a customer: Customers come in different forms- they are owners, subcontractors, company leadership, etc.. Keeping our customers happy and providing quality service is important, so important that HSU provides a surplus of support, tools and resources to ensure we can do that with ease.
