If you are good in politics then they will award you with promotion. - They have installed sapience tool on every machine .which records your online & offline time.if you complete a task in 8 hours, then you are marked productive and if you complete the very same task in 2 hours , then you are not productive. ( HR and managers will tell you this tool is installed to improve the effeciency of employees ..lol) - No internet in notice period. - If you ask for better work they will give you some IBM tool / production support. - Hikes and promotions are depend on your relations and your sapience timings. - No promotions and onsites for senior positions. - Food quality is horrible. - No cubicles .
