Locals are clearly favoured over people from other countries. - No power to avoid criminal acts done by the clients, even when it's clearly written they are suspicious - Job that is not ambitious, according to the Head of Department - Nothing to do most of the time, sometimes even a week in a row. - Management, contrarily to what is taught during the induction, does not value honesty and doing what is right. - Work equipment not tested, which means spending weeks focusing on IT issues rather than learning. - Training given incorrectly, as I ended up using most of the time a program that we were told was useless. - Pursuing suspicious transactions and negative press is good until you stumble upon HSBC itself, in which case you are asked to hide all evidence. - Shift (14-22) not suitable for everyone
