The hours are terrible and there is no flexibility. You are heavily micromanaged. Senior Management doesn't have the slightest clue how to manage, probably because they were never in the role they manage or they were just promoted because they were liked by the right person. You will not be heard, ideas to make processes and procedures more effective are ignored. You either conform or move on. There is no such thing as work life balance.
