Always horrifically understaffed when needed and lack hours do not make up for the poor pay rate. LUX section constantly calling workers in from mainstream to fulfill tasks due to an unrealistic workload. Barely a luxury service as staff are given poor training and often short movies will overlap giving insufficent timing with resources avaliable to deliver anything high quality. Ontop of all of this there is no opportunities to grow in your role besides becoming a manager.
