- Lack of proper management and training - Technology not working properly half the time. You had to go through hoops to get systems working, restarting them and delaying your workload. - Can be asked to stay back after your shift if you're not properly staffed for the night or having your colleague working double the workload if you don't. - Check your pay, sometimes they will not pay you the right amount. - The pay is not the best, it's okay but many other jobs can pay you higher. - Can be stressful as is with customer service. You will not meet the friendliest people.
