Worst working experience of my life - Project Architect bei HNTB: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Not recognition, underpaid, supposed to be in a senior position but it was not recognize. Had to endure other coworkers taking away work from me for ego reasons and when I reported to HR and my manager the tables turned and they created all of this fake problems I created to justify and not get sue. Horrible company overall!!!
