Thank you so much for all of your contributions over the years; as you will have shaped the success of HKA and helped us with our continuous improvement. I was pleased to read your Pros of "Strong leadership, decent compensation structure" - thank you. We are not complacent and continue to work hard to make further progress in these areas. I am sorry that you don't appear to be a fan of our private equity (PE) approach. This is a shame as there are many benefits of having a PE Board; including their sharp commercial leadership that helps HKA to improve and of course their investment to help us improve further for our people and our clients.
