Really good to read you think we have amazing people with incredible experience and there is great support for new ideas and the growth potential is tremendous. You wont be surprised for me to agree with you! Our people are the difference and I think they are brilliant. You said you had been here for less than a year and you love working at HKA - this makes me happy for you and I am so pleased for you that you see our people being supportive - that is very important when you are new, especially when you joined during a pandemic where "in person" time is limited.
