I have been at HKA roughly the same time as you and I agree with your points. I also think you are right in your points under "Cons" and "Advice to Management" - we do need to do more to be better known and promote the positive and ongoing progress in HKA. Thank you for all you are doing to help HKA continue to improve. I passionately believe it is our people that make the difference. We know what more we have to do and our collaboration across the HKA world is excellent and is helping us to achieve fast and great progress. Thank you.
