I have never worked with such a great group of people. Everyone at, HIG helps one another and enjoys coming to work everyday. The owners have been very instrumental in my progression. He has been a great mentor with over 30 years of experience-he is more than willing to share his knowledge and passion for the industry with you. The owners will make help make sure you are successful here at HIG.
Very little support. Lots of employee discontent and a company floundering with mismanagement. Little to no training and you really have to have a following or book of business to be successful with this company.
