Nice enviroment - Sr. accountant bei HIDEC: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Schedule is good. The time off (when school is closed) and we get 10 additional days off. Co-workers are nice (some of them).

Pay was too low. Management only cares about bringing in money. Owner is weird. If your are buddy-buddy with the owner and his son, you might get treated nice. Principal is careless/rude. Management will lie to cover each other. People can treat kids bad and nothing will happen. They give you a "bonus" in the summer which is basically part of your salary, but if you don't work the summers (it's not really optional) you don't get that bonus. If you don't work the summers, your basically fired. No staff events. No staff appreciation for the hard work that's done there.

Seeing the kids come in not speaking and then seeing significant growth when they leave

They play favoritism. They can get away with anything but let someone else do what they do and they get written up. There’s no room for growth. You get paid salary once you hit a year, sad part is you get the same pay as someone who’s been there for 10 years. NO GROWTH NO RAISES . Bonus are given but that doesn’t help for the rest of the years you work
