Pros
ARC is a small part of Heico, so it seems nice to work for a smaller place at first. Then you realize that people are doing childish things like moving your lunch if they don't like where you've put it in the refrigerator, or Management telling you that you can't park somewhere because it's "so-and-so's usual parking spot."
Kontras
Health & Dental Insurance are awful and don't cover much of anything. It would have been cheaper to pay out of pocket. Almost everyone is related to somebody else, so good luck even getting an interview. Some managers "work from home" most of the time so you won't see them. They will not allow anyone else to work remotely... except for the individual who thinks that the office electronics and flourescent lights are making them ill. They only have to come into the office for a few hours every week. Rules for thee but not for me. They will pressure you to donate part of your check to charity and even take you aside into their office to explain why you should. It's very uncomfortable. Management also leads prayers whenever the entire office is gathered, without regard to anyone else's religious preferences. They talk about appreciating their employees, but the associates on the shop floor make the same as fast food chain workers... The most senior person was barely clearing $40,000. One Manager once bragged about making a simple electronic box heavier so they could charge more. They bragged about fooling the customer into thinking that it was full of complicated circuitry when it was really very simple.
