I don’t see any pros of working for a place which doesn’t value meaningful contribution and openly encourages favouritism

Open encouragement of favouritism, blatant misbehaviour by very senior officials is visible in day to day. False allegations are put on those they don’t want. They are putting fake PIPs left right and centre on many people because they are in silent cost cutting and firing mode. They think AI automation will save them the pain of hiring and retaining employees. Well, you need to have the brains to atleast implement AI processes well.
