- Since COVID we have been given to option to work from home or the office - Smart, dedicated, and friendly teammates who are all working towards the same goals - Fun culture and working environment. - I look forward to work each day, but even moreso when I am in the office with the team. - Incredible office amenities that save me money have to pay for other services. - Fantastic manager and team lead that genuinely want to give me opportunities to grow and succeed - Ability to speak honestly when on topic without fearing retribution

- I disagree with the owner / executive's politics in some areas - The company culture is harder to experience with everyone working from home - I fear how the company may change if owned by a private investment firm
