Pros
I'm not sure I can honestly say there are any really good reasons other than some of the people there are relly nice to work with and competent at what they do. Most are there for the paycheck. The majority of employees are hard working, but being a small organization buried in Marblehead, there is a great deal of political maneuvering and back-biting. Everyone seems to know everyone else's business. There is growth potential in this organization if you know how to play the internal politics. Otherwise, best to do your work, keep your mouth shut, and do a lot of agreeing with your management.

Ineffectual leadership. This is a company that is deeply bolted down to its past and is slowly crawling into a rapidly changing communications environment. If you've spent anytime in the outside world, you'd understand what a backwater operation this is. The gene pool they hire from is typically limited to the surrounding small town areas. Commuting to Marblehead from Boston or any points where there is a more diversified talent pool is really a pain. The actual company shares their office space with a light industrial facility. so you better like the smell of industrial solvents. Also, they are situated downwind from the town garbage dump. Keep your windows closed.
