The team I worked in was very friendly and I got on very well with them.

The workload of Head Office staff is very heavy with no offer of support.
No training or development offered. There is very few career progression opportunities.
Sick and Maternity Pay is the same, whether you work as a minimum/living wage member of staff (e.g. Carers or Cleaners) or a higher rate Supervisor/Manager, which was Government minimums, no matter how long you have been with the company. This I do not feel is fair on Head Office staff who tend to stay in their roles longer than minimum/living wage staff where there was a high turnover.
