Management is terrible - IT Field Services Technician bei HCLTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Mismanagement. They constantly contradict each other and don't seem to know what's going on. They don't follow policy. They don't train you. They micromanage you and ask for favors. They are never pleased. They don't realize how difficult work is. We are under constant pressure of doing more and not getting anything in return. Unprofessional attitudes and responses. All around, one of the worst managed places I have worked for. I cannot see myself working here in the future ever. Maybe it is only because I am in a high demanding environment, but they should still make an effort to have better management.
