1. Work-life imbalance if allocated to a financial domain project. 2. No authority of HCL management over the client project. HCL employees are treated like slaves in client projects. 3. HCL management doesn't really care if the resource is satisfied with the client project as long as the billing for the resource is coming correctly. 4. You can't ask management to change the project . Basically, they won't allow. Even they can force u to resign if u cling to your point. 5. Poor salary hike.
