Flexible timings. No pressure from top level (as they know nobody going to work hard since salary and other benefits are not good). Good for who just works for namesake. Highly recommends for unambitious housewives and those who prepare for something(GATE/CAT/Govt Exams)

- Poor salary and hikes. Office locations in outskirts of cities with poor connectivity. - Difficult to get good technical projects as most of the projects are supporting projects - Not a good company to start with since project and domain cannot chose as per freshers wish to work for a very long term since no good salary for freshers and those who starts career with HCL
