Flexibility, nice people to work with, good union. Don't mind the work.

Company is doing just about the bare minimum. They constantly mess up paychecks, time logging systems go down at crucial times, the small yearly raise doesn't come close to a cost of living pay increase. Company emails are hard to understand and don't highlight important information. If the union didn't keep their eye on them, several things like missing vacation hours would slip through the cracks.
