No raises you get stuck at the same pay forever. Mangagers only reach out when you mess up. 2 years same pay 16 an hour. HR does not reach out to you regrading benefits they do have. Get your experience and move one. Are workforces is going down and they don't let us do overtime so its hard to get off for pto. 10 billion in revenue and we cant get a raise or anything. No room for growth at all.
