Not a good place to work - Software Engineer I bei HCLTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

HR policies are very bad. Processes are very complicated and not streamlined. Approvals take months. They don't pay fair salaries. They have limited US foot print compared to other big IT consulting companies, so might be hard to find another project within the same region. People are complacent and there is no oversight. My strong recommendation: not to join the company. You will be just a number on their payroll.
