Encountered gender, caste discrimination bias, limited flexibility with work/life balance. Instead continuous effort to squeeze out maximum productivity in non-India branches, at the risk of burnout and morale. Difficult to backfill in US due to bias towards India, other geos (Europe, etc...) also impacted.
