1. UNSTRUCTURED. Process is very weak / non-existent in pockets making productivity & efficiency very poor 2. If anyone like a structured role with a well defined and non-violatable roles & responsibilities, HCL is not the place 3. Esp in mgmt & business support cadres (across junior, middle and senior managers), time to address transactions is huge. 4. Too many middle management titles and layers. Can cut at least 4 titles.
