Extremely poor communications from Snr leadership teams especially CE and Power Platform Very bad Reporting and Capability Managers. Often promoted with little skills and if you're friend/favourite or brought into the company that way, you'll be favoured over really good people. Just disgusting nepotism. They're like something from the 70s. Over engineered processes especially for delivery, agile NOT! PowerPoint and SharePoint painfully used. Just don't look to join, go elsewhere that's future proof and more agile
