HR doesn’t know how to treat the employees. Lanka team’s problems are not fully sorted by the lankan HR. They need approval from indian HR for increments and compensation. And it take ages to proceed. Salary is very low compared to others. Nothing to learn new, no growth here! Very poor management. Some team mates from india are very rude when giving KTs.
