      Recruiters get paid on commission, easy to get hired on. You won't work on-site at HCL Technologies, and depending on where you get stationed you could learn a lot from coworkers.

      You might be underpaid. The job description from HCL and the employer may not align. Their relocation reimbursement is misleading -You will lose money as the reimbursement will take out heavy taxes.
