Starting salary is very low compared to other organisation in similar field....£16,000 and only pay statutory redundancy. Working environment has become very unbearable as the company is going through a face. Most of its work has been offshored for cheap labour, and 4 peoples job is now being managed by 1 person. It's more like a sweat shop now with no good career prospect.
