      Bad place to work. No respect for your skill set. If you butter the Manager you will get good hikes and promotions timely. Quality of work had deteriorated. After Anant Gupta took over the reins he has ruined HCL. We need another Vineet Nair to set things right....A thumbs DOWN to HCL.
