Job descriptions are inexistent, several tasks are shared between departments which at some point makes it possible for everyone to disengage and defer responsibility. The company requires this position to also make sales, it is part of the evaluated metrics; despite being a separate Sales department. Most of the company´s communications, programs, news, projects are for India. This includes extracurricular activities to develop engagement being placed in India time, which is extremely inconvenient for people working in other places of the world. Unable to get employee support at local working hours.
