No work life balance, people will try to extract every drop of juice within you. 7. Some Leaders are so incompetent/egoistic that they don't even know about the basic things, management, etc. 8. No new Learnings, No Growth 9. Office Spaces apart from Sec-126,127 are disgusting, you would never want to work there. 10. There is no way you can escalate any issues related to project/process/policy/HR (in short anything you can think of) to anyone, because the other person instead of taking action, goes back and spit it to your managers (& I hope you remember Pt.7)
